Terms of Service

2) Eligibility

You must be at least 19 years old (or older if required by applicable law) and able to enter into a binding contract. You are responsible for ensuring your use is lawful in your location.

3) Accounts & security

• Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• Keep login credentials secure; you are responsible for activity on your account.
• One person may not use another person’s account without permission.

4) Virtual Items & purchases

We may grant Virtual Items through play or allow purchase of Virtual Items to enhance gameplay. Virtual Items are licensed, not sold; they may be modified, reset, or removed where reasonably necessary (including for balancing, security, or compliance). Purchases may be non-refundable to the extent permitted by law and platform policies.

5) Acceptable use

You must not: (a) cheat, exploit bugs, or use bots; (b) reverse engineer or interfere with the Service; (c) harass others or post unlawful content; (d) buy/sell accounts or Virtual Items outside the Service; (e) breach any applicable law.

6) User content

If you submit content (e.g., chat, support messages), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, use, and display it to operate and improve the Service. You represent you have the rights to provide it and it is not unlawful.

7) Intellectual property

The Service, software, artwork, and branding are owned by or licensed to us and protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

8) Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you breached these Terms, pose a security or legal risk, or misuse the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time.

9) Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these Terms excludes any rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act (Canada) to the extent it applies.

10) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special loss, loss of profits, or loss of data. Our total liability for all claims relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid to us for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim (if any).

11) Disputes, governing law

Please contact us first so we can try to resolve issues. These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada and disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of Canada courts.

12) Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify you (e.g., in-app notice). Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
