1) Who we are

TrueNorthVegas.com is operated by TrueNorthVegas Inc. (Ltd) (Corp. Reg.: NS1839460, GST/HST BN: 173856924RT0001) from Suite 400, 1801 Hollis Street, Halifax, NS B3J 3N4, Canada.

2) What we collect

• Account details: username, email, password (hashed), player preferences, support messages.
• Age/eligibility: date-of-birth entry or age affirmation (where required), and related settings to help manage access.
• Usage & device data: IP address, device identifiers, browser/app version, session and gameplay events, crash logs, and approximate location inferred from IP.
• Payments (if applicable): purchase history and transaction references for in-game purchases; payment card details are handled by our payment processors, not stored by us.
• Cookies/SDKs: identifiers used for login, security, and analytics (where enabled).

3) How we use information

• Provide and operate our services (accounts, gameplay features, purchases).
• Security, fraud prevention, and protecting players and our platform.
